A fully refundable £1,000 deposit is required to initiate the onboarding process. This deposit will be returned to you once the electric vehicle is returned in satisfactory condition.
Additionally, a £500 compliance fee deposit is required, which covers any penalties like parking tickets or traffic violations incurred during your rental. The remaining compliance fee balance will be refunded to you within 30 days of returning the electric vehicle, after deducting any applicable fines.
